Be present, breathe and unwind at our beachside sanctuary on Ashwem Beach — where yoga and healing sit at the centre, cradled by palms and the Arabian Sea.
Anahata is the name for the heart's centre — and for the quiet form of a thought before it finds words. Water, fire, air, sky and earth rest within us; here by the sea, they have room to come back into balance.

Founded in 2012 on the shores of Ashwem Beach, a few steps from the sand, Anahata was made small on purpose. Tiled-roof bungalows and palm cottages sit among open spaces and greenery — move if you feel like moving, rest if you need to rest. There is no schedule to keep here, only your own rhythm to find again.
Everything grows outward from this. Daily yoga for in-house guests, breath, stillness and healing by the tropical beachfront.

Conservation isn't a side project here — it shapes every decision. We build lightly, plant more than we clear, and let Ashwem's ecosystem set the pace.
