Booking

A stay is held once the deposit is received. You'll get a confirmation by email with your reference.

  • Minimum stay: night
  • Maximum guests per room:
  • Check-in , check-out
  • Rates include daily breakfast and one complimentary practice

Cancellation

We keep this simple and human.

  • Free cancellation up to hours before arrival — deposit refunded in full
  • Inside that window, the deposit is retained
  • No-shows are charged the first night
  • Retreats: 14 days' notice for a full refund of the deposit
  • If something serious happens, write to us. We're reasonable people.

Payments

Prices are set in and can be displayed in your own currency.

  • A % deposit is taken at booking; the balance is settled on arrival
  • Tax of % applies and is shown before you pay
  • Converted prices are indicative; your bank sets the final rate and may add a fee
  • Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us
Note for the developer: this page reads its numbers from js/config.js. Have a lawyer review the wording before you take real money — the text here is a starting point, not legal advice.

Privacy

We collect what we need to look after your stay, and nothing else.

  • Your details are used to manage your booking and to write to you about it
  • We don't sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
  • Payment data is processed by our provider; we never see or store card numbers
  • Write to us and we'll remove you from anything, any time
Note for the developer: replace this with a reviewed privacy policy covering GDPR / India DPDP before launch, since guests will be international.
